Birth Control Research
Summit Research Network is now enrolling in a research study for a contraceptive vaginal ring.
A vaginal ring contraceptive is a small, flexible, plastic ring. It contains the same hormones that are in most birth control pills. It does not require a physician to insert the ring – a patient can manage this in the privacy of her home. Using a vaginal ring means that you do not need to think about birth control every time you want to have sex.
This research study is open to pre-menopausal women, age 18 and over. Those who qualify will receive the following at no charge:
- Study product for up to 12 months
- Study related physical exams, PAP test and labs
- Study related monitoring
- Compensation up to $840.00 for qualified participants completing the trial
